Computer Science Engineering is a highly demanded field. There is a huge competition for this field and hence to get this branch yo need to score really well in the entrance exam. As it is the top branch, you need to score more than 120 marks in AP EAMCET 2021 to get CSE branch. As you have scored 46 marks, you are qualified for the exam but may not get CSE in top or average colleges.
If you want to go for CSE branch only then you can try for other entrance exams if you have applied for any.
