You can do one thing,

Surrender those result which makes your percentage below 50% and appear again for those and secure above 50%, there is provision for this kind of things in university Rules

And yeah that's true minimum 50% in graduation is the criteria that every institute has, so if you want to make it to a decent or premier institute then go this way.

How good your in entrance test score is but your graduation ppercentage below 50 will always hinder.

And I think your interest ultimately lies in MBA so don't think much give CMAT this January and till then you will be done with your graduation exams also,

Wasting a year is better than regretting for whole life, so go for it.
