For TS EAMCET ,you can check your rank and colleges by careers360 rank predictor.Go through that

You will get private University like SRM,VIT etc
Because of your rank,you will not be make into any NIT's.So it's better to apply for private University.There are many good private Universities and they are offering good education plus good placement also.
So I would suggest you to apply in good private University .SRM and VIT, Vellore is one of them.
You can apply to Dayanand Sagar University which is in Bangalore or PES University
