Depends on the state which u are looking for if I talk about Maharashtra with this score getting a government college is tough .The reason being expected cut offs go to 480-490 in GOVERNMENT colleges oh Maharashtra.
Still you can try but with this score surely u can get a private medical college.

470 marks is unfortunately not enough for admission into any government college if you are UR. If you belong to any reserved category, there is some possibility.
