Hello,
If I consider previous years data, then there are almost no chance for you to land up in good government medical college. But you can procure seat in private medical colleges. Based on your marks, you can get following colleges under state quota-

  • Ananta Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, Rajsamand

  • Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur

  • Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur

  • NIMS University, Jaipur

  • Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Medical College, Churu

You can also check the colleges you can get from the link mentioned below
http://www.medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan/amp

This is just a prediction based on previous years records. The cut off  vary every year depending upon the difficulty level of question paper and availability of seats.
Hope this helps,
Regards!
