Hello Mrinalini,
With your score it is difficult to get a government MBBS seat in All India Quota. There is a slim chance in your state quota if you attend all rounds of counseling.
You also have fair chance for private medical colleges.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. You may have chances for admission to government colleges under state quota
