Based on this CAT score the chances are less to get a call form IRMA. Unfortunately this is very low score. With this percentile, it will be very hard for you to get any good college. There might be some college which might give admission to you but that colleges will not be as good in faculty, infrastructure, placements etc.
I would suggest you to prepare for the exam again or you can try for other MBA Entrance Exam like MAT etc. and try to score well in the exam to get a decent college.
