This year the qualifying cut off for ST category is 26.7771328 percentile. So candidates scoring minimum 26.7771328 percentile or above in JEE Main belonging to ST category are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. As you have scored 48 percentile you are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. Cut off is determined depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and other such factors. Gen - 88.41
OBC - 67.009
EWS- 63.111
SC - 43.08
St - 26.77
PWD - 0.00310
As cut off percentile required in St category is only 26 percentile and you have scored 48 percentile, so yes you can definitely apply for jee advance 2022 and can try your best to get IIT college.
