According to previous years cut off ranks analysis which is subjective so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity as it depends upon a lot of factors such as no of applicants to aiims , level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc ,also many new aiims are participating this year so seats are increased, last year cut off rank for aiims  was 2212 for obc category so you might not have a chance acc to previous years cut offs BUT since many new aiims are participating from this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity , so you might/might not have have a chance depending completely on this years merit fallout against seat availability in all the 15 aiims.
