483 Mark's for unreserved category is a little alarming considering how high the cutoff is this year. It is most unlikely for you to get a seat in the non management quota, however the possibility in private colleges are really good for you, do give them a look.

Iam sorry to say this but the cutoffs are really high for Unreserved category students in all the medical colleges of Telangana so it would be difficult to get a seat in any of the medical colleges.
