As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With OBC category and 483 marls, you might not get any government college through All India quota in other states.
But, you have  high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota. Like-

• Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada-previous cutoff:473
• Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam:441
• Government Medical College, Anantapur:427
