Congrats for such a good rank first of all, according to previous years cut off ranks analysis which is subjective so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity as it depends upon a lot of factors such as no of applicants from general category to aiims jodhpur, level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc  last year cut off rank for aiims jodhpur was 459 so you might/might not have a chance there if rank fallout remains same last year but you will definitely be getting aiims bhubhneshwar/rishikesh/nagpur/raipur/guntur.
