First of all your 10th % is quite low. With this much marks,  you are not eligible for science  and also not eligible for commerce stream in most of the colleges or +2 schools.  So the only option left is Arts . And believe me Arts is also good . You can take Arts and side along you can start preparing for prestigious examination like UPSC . And in case if you don't want to do intermediate then you can go for diploma , iti etc.
