Dear applicant your HSC percentage won't be affecting your selection whereas with 163 marks your chance of getting BHMS college is too low. When it comes about the basic marks criteria, even for private colleges it is way too beyond the marks secured by you, but still you can try for BHMS colleges without loosunl hope.
