Since the basic requirement for attempting NEET UG exam is having at least 50 percent in class 12th  with  PCB for general category and 40 percent for SC/ST/OBC. So therefore you are eligible to apply for NEET exam.

Qualifying Marks for NEET :
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
So, yes you can apply foe neet.
