As you mentioned that,you are from west bengal(that means 85% state quota is valid)and your all india rank is 51000 and 496 marks in NEET 2019 but didn't mentioned your category ,so I'm assuming that you are from general category.

Even with this rank and quota ,you have less chances of gettind a medical seat in KPC or any other college ;if we consider last year's cutoff rank for KPC ,that was,30920 for unreserved category.
