you can take admission in any state, in any college if you have the qualifying marks. Unless there is a special rule of a particular college, you can get admission anywhere. 

You just have to appear for All India Counseling/ Govt Quota. But you wont be able to get state quota seats as only state domicile holders can get a state quota seat and appear for state counseling.
