Considering your marks, rank and category , yes you can get admission into IGMC government medical college in Himachal Pradesh.Wait till the last round of seat allotments(Counselling). Last year the cuttoff was 580+ for IMGC himachal pradesh. You have to wait till last round. Probability is less.
