Yes, You can get college.

Many Colleges offers admission in Bsc Computer Science through Entrance Exam. 12th Class result is not the sole factor for admission in top colleges. You just need to pass 12th with this percentage. You can apply for Entrance Exam& you can also apply for private colleges for admission.
