Hello, with your rank you have almost no chances of getting a seat in NIT for B.arch and B.plan. But still every year the cutoffs vary. If you are from reservation category then you might get a seat in the final round of allotment. But if you are from general category, then you have no chances. So you must go for private colleges for B.arch or B.planning.
