Dear Himanshi, in 2018, under State Quota, except for Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, all other Medical colleges had cut off less than 500. Only BMCRI had a cut off 512. So if you are looking for colleges, you have fair chances at:

Mysore Medical College
Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences
Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences
Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences
Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences
