According to the NEET UG 2018, 1st roundcounselling allotment list, the last OBC category candidate to get admission in MBBS under AIQ had the AIR of 8347. S/he was alloted the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal. 

In the 2nd round counselling allotment list  AIR 10449 was the last candidate to get a MBBS college under AIQ in OBC category. S/he was alloted Mizoram institue of medical education and research, Falkawn.

Hence, you have got no chance of getting admission in MBBS under AIQ.
