Based on Previous years cutoff 503 sore is little less to get a seat in Government medical college in All India Quota because all Government colleges cutoff for UR category in 2018 is 510+.              But you have good chances to get a seat in AP government colleges under All India Quota for your score based on 2018 cutoff.
