Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 510 to be sure of getting a government medical college in odisha via state quota counselling. 

Since the scores are expected to vary from last year, you may or may not get a government college. 

But let's be positive since last year the minimum scoring candidate got 508 and got a good government college. 

So you also have chances of getting a government seat in colleges like Government Medical College and Hospital, Balangir, etc.
