Your marks are good seeing the difficulty level of the paper. Now coming to your query then there are good chances to get admission in U.P through all India counselling if you participate in all rounds and probably you will get it in 2nd round. Moreover as you know that their is

15% seats of all India quota
85% seats of state quota

Now the chances are good referring the cut-offs of previous year's. But if you are from U.P then you should apply through state quota so automatically the chances rises and there you will probably get seat in 1st round. Hope you find it useful.
