AIIMS eligibility includes a student to have completed his or hear 12th from any recognised board with subject physics, chemistry, biology.
Minimum qualifying marks for general and obc are 60 percent in aggregate.
For SC/ST IS 50%
For pwd is 45%.

Dear Naina, for an OBC candidate to be eligible for AIIMS, he/she should score a minimum aggregate of 60%. In your case with the marks in these 4 subjects, your aggregate is 78% whuch makes you eligible for AIIMS. So you are good to go.
