You will get a seat in cs branch but you won't get a good college with this rank .You can get cs in good college through management quota.If you are going to take colleges in Bangalore based on comedk ,I suggest you choose a good college.Because later ,for placement college matters a lot.Also ,Go for cs or information science ,if you have plans of studying in Bangalore as software engineers gets placed more easily here.
