According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you can get any of the NITsas per previous year's cut-offs even with your category rank because generally cut-off ranks for OBC category for NITs within 10000.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors. If you have secured equal or more than the cut-off percentile then you shall appear in JEE-Advance and try to get good rank so that you can get into good IITs.
