Hello Aspirant,

Your query is incomplete as you have not mentioned your home state.It is difficult to get a seat through All India counselling, but you may have a chance to get a seat through state quota.If you want to know the colleges in which you may get in then kindly mention your state.I may help you with some accurate information.

Based on 2018 cut off trends a candidate belonging to local open category with 490 marks got government medical college, Siddipet, a candidate belonging to local open category with 488 marks got government medical college, Mahabubnagar, A candidate with 496 marks in same category got government medical college, Nizamabad, a candidate with 474 marks in same category got Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences, Adilabad.So you may consider the above MBBS college to join.However cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly. I hope this is helpful.

Your score is too low for goverment Medical College for MBBS.Since Number of seat is less,so you can't keep so much expectations with EWS QUOTA.You may get private Medical College for MBBS.And also private dental college.For goverment Medical College you need 550+.
