You have not mentioned that from which state do you belong. Actually the cutoff depends on several factors like difficulty of the question, no of candidates appeared etc. If you are from a state where the cutoff remained as high as 515+ for general category in 2019, then with this score you are less likely to get a MBBS seat this year despite being bc. If you are from a state with less cutoff,then it is possible that you can secure one.
