Actually cut off marks vary every year which depend upon difficulty of neet exam and this year  cut off will be high.
Your chnces are good to bag seat there with normal state counselling . Rest depend upon number of students appears for counselling of same college .
A student scoring marks more than 450 is on safer side, for getting into ms ramaiah medical college.

Best of luck

Hi dear,

You can get a seat at MS Ramaiah Medical college through All India counseling as your Domicile state is UP.

Hope this helps

We cannot guarantee you , we can only predict based on previous years cut off.
