Your mark is good but I am afraid it is not enough for top level government colleges , so under state counselling based on your overall rank and score these are some colleges you may get in Telangana. However ,among these there are local private colleges in which you may opt for the govt. quota seats and  few newly established  government colleges which accepts low NEET score , so you may try for that if you want govt. college in particular .

Same applies for AP state.You can try for govt. seats in private colleges but for good government colleges , chances are low.
