The state rank is usually published after the registration for the 85% state counselling under the concerned authoritive body.

So as of now its not possible to accurately predict your state rank as it depends on several factors like number of candidates registering for state counselling, the cutoff, number of seats etc. 

However if you hold the state domicile then according to last years cutoff you have a good chance of getting a government seat.
