i got 52% in pcm in 12 by cbse and i have service man or army quota so which collage is best for me ?

I guess, you don't have any options now. But for now you can pay donation fees and you can opt any universities now. But the fee's will be definitely high.

Why don't you prepare for next year. Even if you get any college probably it will be below average.
