To take admission in CS(Company Secretary) there are two ways through which a student can take admission after 12th standard or can also take admission after the graduation degree. 
There is no percentage criteria to join the course but after clearing 12th standard you should foundation stage and after graduation degree the student go directly apply for executive stage , foundation stage is excemption for graduation degree students.
