Considering that you got 52 percentile in JEE Mains 2019, you rank should be around 4 lakhs+. With this rank, it os hard to get any NITs. However, you are eligible for admission into the following colleges with that percentile:

With this much score in jee mains examination you can not get a good nit or any gfti. I will suggest you to apply for the private colleges with a good branch there. Some of the colleges are :
Upes Dehradun
Chitkara University
Chandigarh University
Bennett University etc.

I am sorry to say but 52 percentile takes you to a rank in lakhs and there are no chances for NITs or IIITS for this score.
The best thing to do is, you can apply for other government colleges of your state on basis of your 12th score.
Also, there are some private institutes which accept Jee Score.
