i got 520 marks in neet 2019 i want to apply for goa medical college through all india quota so is there any possibility i fall in obc

ONE important thing to note is that in Goa you can't apply from OBC category under AIQ. If you will apply from OBC then you will fall under UR category. If you have state quota then you will fall under OBC category.
Previous year a score of 552 fetched govt college in Goa. As your score is 520 so it will be really difficult for you to get a seat.
Also the cut offs change every year depending on various factors. This year the exam was easy so cut offs are expected to increase.
