Dear aspirant

You can only participate in two counselling for getting govt medical College in india. First is all india quota counselling for 15% govt seats all over India and second 85% quota seats for your domicile state which is rajsthan.

So at this low marks you almost rare chances of getting govt mbbs seats. As last year AIQ counselling cut off for obc category was AIR 15024 ( marks above 610+)

Whereas in rajasthan cut off for OBC category for govt seats was 614 marks  and paid seat in govt college was 596 marks.

So sorry to say but you will be not able to get govt MBBS/BDS seat at this mark in AIQ or rajasthan state counselling.

You may have good chance of getting govt BAMS college in both state and all india Ayush counselling.
