Dear Ratna, you haven't mentioned your category and your state. So it's quite difficult to tell you that you can get GOVT medical college or not.
Nevertheless, last year this score secured seat in GOVT medical college under STATE QUOTA in various colleges.
If you belong to any reserved category then you have a fair chance of getting govt medical college.
If you belong to GEN CATEGORY then it depends on the state, you may get govt college under STATE QUOTA.
Also since the exam was bit easy this year so the cut offs are expected to increase.
If you can tell me your state and category then it would be quite easy to help you.

Me too scored 525 in neet ....obc category ....up state...my chances in govt medical college????

Dear Disha, as per last year cut offs you can get 2 colleges
Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad-465
Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College-429
The cut offs of rest of the colleges was above 530
