Your marks are good. To get admission in MBBS the observed cutoff is 146-113 for the obc category. So you have marks more than qualifying cutoff. As per your marks you have chance of getting mbbs college.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 524 marks   you hold  a  chance to get aan mbbs seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
in neet 2019, 449 marks for obc category got a seat in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam which is Government Medical College and Hospital, under AP state quota AU region
