Since you do not have a domicile of karnataka you are not eligible for the government medical college seats out there under 85% state quota..however the option of management quota seats of private medical colleges is open to you...

As you have already mentioned you are not a karnataka citizen. So you can't apply for state quota seats in govt. colleges because for that you need domicile which you don't have but in case you want to go for private colleges, you have decent chances under management quota.
