I'm glad to tell you that you have scored very well in neet and you have  good chances of getting admission in government medical college. But if you belong to ur category that it's quite difficult. 

As you have mentioned that you belong from andhra pradesh svu region. And in andhra pradesh there are some good medical government colleges.
