As per the previous year cuttoff of andhra pradesh, The chances for you to get government college is quite low but yes their is a very good chance for best private colleges..

Congrats on scoring well in NEET. Based on your score your overall rank would be 34808 - 45958. Cutoffs will depend on the number of seats available , number of candidates applying ,category, the difficulty level of the exam etc. Since you have not mentioned your category I assume you are from general . Hence based on previous year cutoffs is is difficult for you to get a government seat this because the safe score for govt. seat is a minimum 530+. But you may have a good  chance through home state quota . Anyways you can easily get govt. dental seat.Remember this year the cutoffs have gone up so hope for the best. Based on the previous year cutoff under AIQ you may try for Government Medical College, Anantapur and Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole.
