As per the mention, to clear the COMDEK exam, you need to score 50% marks.

COMDEK is of total 180 marks and as per the 50% marks required to clear, you need at least 90 marks if you are general.

Some categories have a cutoff of 40% marks which is also 72 marks out of 180.

So, with 53 marks your, COMEDK is not clear and you cant be elligible for couneslling.

You are difinitely eligible for the comedk counselling.All those who have appeared for commedk are eligible for counselling mostly.

I would suggest you that dont get fixed on Cse you can also take It, ECE they are also good branches.There are branches which are in demand these days.
