53180 rank in VITEEE is very high rank and with this rank, it is not possible for you to get CSE at either of Vellore or Chennai Campus.
CSE at Vellore campus closes at around 7000-10000 while for Chennai Campus, it closes at around 14000-20000.
But probable branches for you at either of campuses are:-
1) Vellore:- Production and Industrial Engineering
2) Chennai:- Fashion Technology
