With 534 marks and belonging to bc category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in Telangana. As per previous year the minimum cut off of Telangana for bc under state quota was 414 marks of Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences in Adilabad. Here are few govt colleges and their previous year cut off for bc category

• Osmania Medical college 471
• Gandhi medical college 469
• Kakatiya medical college 448
• GMC Nizamabad 417
• GMC Mahabubnagar 422
• GMC Siddipet 406

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
