You have got a very minimum percentage but you there is no reason to become hopeless rather you still have immense opportunities and there is a ocean of opportunities waiting for you. 

Since you want to to business management and if you belong to ST category then you have chances to enroll in delhi University through DU JAT which you can apply through official website and if you do not belong to any category then there is option for enjoying your journey through private institutions either sate wise or centrally.
