Hi Vishal

You can get a govt College with this marks, I would rather say this marks is good. You will probably get colleges like lala Lajpat Rai memorial medical college, then Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical college, then comes many Government medical college where the cutoff trend is considerably low. You will positively get a govt MBBS seat with this marks.

All the best

Thank you

Hey Vishal, You have scored 540 marks in NEET 2019 and you also belong to OBC Category. Really that will be very helpful to you while taking admission in Government College as some special seats are being reserved for each and every special reserved category. Yes, You can take admission in government college on the basis of these marks and your category too. I would suggest you check for government colleges, semi-government colleges, and even some good private colleges too in your state as you can get a seat in reserved quota too.

I would personally suggest you use the NEET Predictor and explore various colleges according to your category and home state quota and choose the best one for you as this college will be your future lifeline. It will be best for you as it will show the best colleges for you and you can see all the colleges there and you can choose the best one for you.

Hello student,
With a score of 540 in obc category, you have good chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 429 was required to fetch one a seat in the Lala Lajpat rai memorial medical college in obc category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats
However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your respective state

Good luck
