Since you have not stated either your state or your category I'll answer this assuming you're a general category student.
Based on your JEE Mains rank getting into IITs would be really difficult for you but you might have a chance in some of the lower NITs if you have a home state quota.
You also have chances in GFTIs as well. To tell you about your exact admission possibilities is tough since Cutoff vary every year based on various factors.
You should apply for state level counseling like Odisha, Maharashtra etc. Where you can choice lock into state level government colleges and you might get one.
