You haven't mentioned your category but considering the All India Rank and the category rank it is unlikely to have a chance to get seat in NIT/IIIT/GFTI. You can check the previous year cut off using the links provided below

The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
